Tile and Grout are exceptionally difficult for the homeowner to clean. Cooking oils, ground in dirt, and food stains all penetrate into the grout over time, degrading its appearance and changing the color. Our cleaning system employs a special hybrid tile cleaning tool with rotating jets and suction, fundamentally similar to carpet cleaning . We use a high alkaline cleaner with agitation to remove embedded soils, and pressurized hot water (225 degrees or hotter) with extraction to restore your floor.
Once the tile is clean, a clear sealer is applied to the grout to prevent staining and provide water resistance. Sealer is highly recommended to protect the grout and maintain its appearance between cleanings.
